Hifiman  Svanar LE

Introducing the Svanar LE,  they offer a good audio experience with several features. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

Battery Life

Listening Time:
Up to 7 hours in Transparency mode
5 hours in HiFi mode per charge

With Charging Case:
Total of 28 hours, with the case providing three full charges

Comparison

The Svanar LE’s battery life is slightly shorter than the Svanar JR, which offers 8 hours in Transparency mode and 6 hours in HiFi mode.

Features

Active Noise Cancelling:
Effectively reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience. This feature does work decent.

Bluetooth 5.2:
Provides a stable connection with a range of up to 15 meters. If you have a thick wall between you and your device there could be some audio dropouts. Otherwise the connection is stable.

Touch Controls:
Double-click to rewind to the previous track
Single touch to pause or continue playback
Triple touch for additional commands
Double-click to accept/end calls or press and hold for 3 seconds to reject calls
Press and hold the left earbud for 3 seconds to switch between Noise Cancellation, Transparency, and High Fidelity modes
Press and hold the right earbud for 3 seconds to activate the AI Voice Assistant, if supported.

The touch sensors are quite sensitive, so accidental touches can occur.

Audio Quality

They are quite bright, which might be an issue for those sensitive to treble.
The bass response offers a nice and clear bass, adding depth to the listening experience. The soundstage and imaging is good.

No LDAC Support:
While the audio quality is good, the lack of LDAC codec support might be a drawback for some audiophiles.

Price

These can be purchased for around 229 €~

Additional Details

No App: The Svanar LE does not come with an accompanying app.
Fingerprint Resistance: The case is designed to resist fingerprints, maintaining a clean appearance. The charging-case is also quite big, offering to load the IEM easily even when they have big tips on them.
These IEM are a bit on the heavier/bulkier side, therefore you may need to set up some breaks between long listening hours.

Conclusion

The Hifiman Svanar LE are a solid choice for anyone seeking high-fidelity IEM with good noise cancelling and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. While their battery life is slightly shorter compared to the Svanar JR, they still offer a respectable performance. It is advised to mostly only use the high-fidelety mode, because then they do sound much better than in the other modes.
The bright sound signature and lack of LDAC support are minor downsides, but the clear bass response and overall audio quality make them a great option.
